Let your cooking oil cool, then pour it into a plastic jug, tote, or bucket with a tight lid.

Drive to either Oil Guyz location: Placentia (Orange County) or South Gate (Los Angeles County). Open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–4 PM.

Pour it in & go
Empty it into the clearly marked Oil Guyz bin. That’s it, nobody to check in with.

It's completely free. Oil Guyz hosts this drive as a community service, there's no charge to drop off your used cooking oil.
At either of two Oil Guyz locations: Orange County at 506 Fee Ana St, Placentia, CA 92870, or Los Angeles County at 4570 Ardine St, Gate C, South Gate, CA 90280. Drop off any day from Friday, November 27 through Sunday, December 27, 2026. Both sites are open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (closed Sundays).

All used cooking oil is welcome, turkey-fryer oil, vegetable, canola, and peanut oil, and any other cooking oil. Bring it in a sealed plastic jug, plastic tote, or a bucket with a tight lid.

Let it cool completely, then pour it into a sealable plastic container, a jug, tote, or a bucket with a lid. Please don't use glass or bring an open pot.
Every gallon is recycled into clean renewable fuel, biodiesel and renewable-diesel feedstock, through a documented chain of custody with a CDFA-licensed renderer. None of it ends up in a sewer or landfill.
